Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either replace it or credit your account, subject to the terms below. This policy applies to products bought from Petal & Root.

• it is undamaged and unused, with the original labels and stickers still attached; 
• must be returned within 30 days of the original order.

For orders under R2000.00 we charge a standard, non-refundable delivery fee of R99.00.

Should a shopper in an outlying area wish to have their order delivered via standard delivery, a set delivery fee of R220.00 is charged irrespective of order value. 

All orders over R2000.00 a set delivery fee of R220.00 is charged.
